With a focus on environmental sustainability, generating economic prosperity, building inclusive &amp; healthy communities and financial resilience, we are looking for exceptional candidates to help shape our future. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Following restructure and team expansion, West Lancashire Borough Council is recruiting to a new Team Leader post for the Private Sector Housing section.</p><p>As Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the section. The day to day workload is diverse, including a range of complaint work, caravan site licensing, HMO licensing of circa 250 HMO&#39;s, empty properties, displaced persons programme and affordable warmth grant programme.</p><p>You will be pivotal in developing and delivering strategic plans for service delivery and will be a champion of change. We are looking for passionate and experienced Officers with excellent communication skills.
