The position is contracted at 24 hours per week and works on a 7-day rota basis. While some weekend working is required, this is typically expected to be no more than every other weekend, with most shifts taking place during the week. We are committed to offering flexibility where possible to support both the needs of the service and our employees.</span></div><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">You will prepare and serve food and drinks in line with food hygiene and safety standards, handle cash and card transactions, maintain stock levels, and support the cleanliness and presentation of the caf&eacute;. You will also be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and event bookings, responding professionally by phone, email, and in person. Alongside this, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks including ordering supplies, maintaining records, processing bookings, and supporting the smooth operation of caf&eacute; and event activities.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident interacting with a wide range of customers, colleagues, and visitors.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">You will be equally comfortable preparing food and drinks, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, and able to work independently whilst contributing positively to the wider team. Experience in catering, hospitality, customer service, or administration would be beneficial, along with good IT skills and a flexible approach to working hours. Swimming is an essential life skill for kids, so we want to make sure they have tons of fun whilst learning.</p><p>We are looking for experienced friendly swim teachers to ensure children aged from just 3 months old develop positive and long-lasting experiences with the water.</p><p>WELL follow the national Swim England &#39;Learn to Swim&#39; programme, therefore all of your lesson content is provided for you, empowering you to deliver fun, safe and progressive lessons</p><p>Positions are available at Nye Bevan, Skelmersdale and Park Pool, Ormskirk.</p><p>If you hold a professional swimming qualification equivalent to the Amateur Swimming Association Level 2 and a relevant lifesaving award equivalent to the National Pool Lifeguard we would love to hear from you.&nbsp;</p>
