            <p id="isPasted">At WELL we pride ourselves on being the best possible place for children to learn to swim. Swimming is an essential life skill for kids, so we want to make sure they have tons of fun whilst learning.</p><p>We are looking for experienced friendly swim teachers to ensure children aged from just 3 months old develop positive and long-lasting experiences with the water.</p><p>WELL follow the national Swim England &#39;Learn to Swim&#39; programme, therefore all of your lesson content is provided for you, empowering you to deliver fun, safe and progressive lessons</p><p>If you hold a professional swimming qualification equivalent to the Amateur Swimming Association Level 2 and a relevant lifesaving award equivalent to the National Pool Lifeguard we would love to hear from you.&nbsp;</p><p>Positions are available at Nye Bevan, Skelmersdale and Park Pool, Ormskirk. Hours on offer are predominantly on weekdays between 4pm-7pm and Saturday mornings.</p>

            <p id="isPasted"><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>You will be joining a small friending team to ensure that legislative obligations are adhered to on WLBC&#39;s housing Stock and corporate buildings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our processes to oversee the smooth delivery of Asbestos Management. You will ideally have a strong background in the social housing sector although this is not essential but would be preferred. You will also be responsible for reviewing the Council&#39;s Policy and Procedures and updating the councils Asbestos Management Plan as and when required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About You!</strong></p><p>You will have strong analytical skills and have the ability to challenge using your technical knowledge. You will hold a BOSH P405 &amp; P402 accreditation. You will be efficient in planning and delivering work programmes and you will be the primary lead in overseeing day to day and responsive works. The successful candidate will have strong contact management experience and the ability to lead and build strong partnerships with internal teams, stakeholders and our residents.</p>

Projects are likely to have organisation‑wide impact and may include digital transformation, improving financial sustainability, strengthening internal processes, and enabling more efficient and effective ways of working.&nbsp;</p><p>A key aspect of the role is supporting, coordinating and facilitating change with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams while championing new ways of working and challenging historic approaches.
