Able to propose, develop and implement strategies and plans</li><li>Experience in working on projects with partners from other organisations in accordance with the ethos of One Public Estate. Able to make effective links with and involve key individuals and organisations to promote the council&#39;s housing interests and secure resources for the council</li><li>Experience in the preparation and submission of property related tender specifications</li><li>Experience and an understanding of commercial property law, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954</li><li><span style="white-space:pre;">Confident team player, able to work under own initiative.&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li></ul>

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a proactive, cost-effective, and professional legal service to the Council.</p><p>The primary focus of this role will be defending housing disrepair claims against the Council.
