            <p id="isPasted">An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Service, supporting delivery of the Council&rsquo;s Vision and Priorities for a cleaner, more sustainable borough, a prosperous local economy, healthier and more inclusive communities, and a resilient, financially strong organisation.&nbsp;</p><p>We are an authority that puts customers first, works collaboratively, and embraces change with a positive, can‑do approach, while constructively challenging the status quo to deliver exceptional outcomes for our communities.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>As a Business Transformation Project Manager, you will lead and manage the full lifecycle of designated projects within the Council&rsquo;s <em>Our Futures Transformation Programme</em>. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will ensure projects align with the Council&rsquo;s vision, priorities and strategic objectives.&nbsp;</p><p>The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and effective change management skills, with a clear focus on delivering data‑driven, evidence‑based outcomes. Projects are likely to have organisation‑wide impact and may include digital transformation, improving financial sustainability, strengthening internal processes, and enabling more efficient and effective ways of working.&nbsp;</p><p>A key aspect of the role is supporting, coordinating and facilitating change with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams while championing new ways of working and challenging historic approaches. As part of the interview, you will be required to deliver a presentation.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Presentation requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Duration:</strong> Up to 15 minutes&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Topic:</strong> <em>&ldquo;Delivering a Finance Transformation Programme successfully &ndash; your priorities for month 1, 3 and 6&rdquo;</em>&nbsp;</li><li>45 minutes of interview questions&nbsp;</li></ul><p>You will be asked to submit your presentation in advance of the assessment stage.&nbsp;</p><p>If you are interested in applying and feel this role is a good fit for your skills and experience, we would welcome your application.&nbsp;</p><div id="_com_1" language="JavaScript"><br></div>
