You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our processes to oversee the smooth delivery of Asbestos Management. You will ideally have a strong background in the social housing sector although this is not essential but would be preferred. You will also be responsible for reviewing the Council&#39;s Policy and Procedures and updating the councils Asbestos Management Plan as and when required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About You!</strong></p><p>You will have strong analytical skills and have the ability to challenge using your technical knowledge. Our Tenant Voice team develop and provide a range of opportunities for tenants to be involved and influence how we design, deliver, and improve our housing services.</p><p>Key tasks:</p><ul id="isPasted" type="disc"><li>Support the delivery of tenant and leaseholder engagement activities, including forums, panels, working groups and consultation sessions and events.</li><li>Support the organisation and coordination of meetings, preparing materials, recording the actions and notes and then tracking follow‑up actions for completion</li><li>You will be a confident communicator and build positive relationships with tenants, leaseholders, and community stakeholders to support them remaining involved.</li><li>Assist in developing accessible information, communications, newsletters, surveys and promotional content alongside our tenants.</li><li>Support digital engagement through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams and our online engagement platform, Your Voice West Lancashire.</li><li>Support and maintain accurate records of involvement activity, feedback, outcomes and tenant groups.</li><li>Support the recruitment, induction and training of involved tenants.</li></ul><p>About You&nbsp;</p><p>You will be educated to GCSE level and ideally have a relevant housing qualification.&nbsp;</p><ul id="isPasted" type="disc"><li>We are seeking &nbsp;a motivated, outgoing, organised and people focused Tenant Voice Assistant.</li><li>You will have excellent time management and communication skills be approachable and have good people skills.</li><li>You will be confident to speak to tenants and support group discussions.&nbsp;</li><li>You will have strong organisational skills and pay attention to details in a busy environment.
