            <p id="isPasted">An exciting opportunity has arisen within Waste Services for the recruitment of <strong>2x</strong> Waste Management Loaders based at the Robert Hodge Centre in Skelmersdale.</p><p>As part of our commitment to reducing waste and increasing reuse and recycling, you will work closely with our existing Waste Services teams and Waste Management Officers to deliver an excellent service to our residents.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills who can work effectively with residents, colleagues, and partner organisations to achieve great outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Friendly, motivated individuals</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Active individuals that enjoy working outdoors</li><li id="isPasted">Available to work a compressed working pattern &nbsp;of 36 hours over a 4 day working week, Tuesday - Friday between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>We pride ourselves on being a supportive and inclusive employer.
