This role provides day‑to‑day operational support to our team of Scheme Managers across multiple schemes, helping to ensure consistent service standards, safe environments and positive resident experiences. You will work closely with the Independent Living Team Leader, deputising when required, and supporting staff to manage complex situations including safeguarding, welfare concerns and risk management.

The role involves regular scheme visits, staff support, partnership working with internal teams, contractors and external agencies, and contributing to service improvement and change.
