Your Role

You will be joining a small friending team to ensure that legislative obligations are adhered to on WLBC's housing Stock and corporate buildings. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our processes to oversee the smooth delivery of Asbestos Management. You will ideally have a strong background in the social housing sector although this is not essential but would be preferred. You will also be responsible for reviewing the Council's Policy and Procedures and updating the councils Asbestos Management Plan as and when required.

 

About You!

You will have strong analytical skills and have the ability to challenge using your technical knowledge. You will hold a BOSH P405 & P402 accreditation. You will be efficient in planning and delivering work programmes and you will be the primary lead in overseeing day to day and responsive works. The successful candidate will have strong contact management experience and the ability to lead and build strong partnerships with internal teams, stakeholders and our residents.
