We have an exciting opportunity in our newly established team in the Housing for a Service Improvement Officer.
You will be a highly motivated, dedicated, and confident individual with experience of working in a customer focused environment and with excellent knowledge of Housing services and the consumer standards.
We are looking for an innovative individual who can identify improvements arising from customer feedback. You will have the skills to work collaboratively across the whole organisation, and especially with our customer engagement team and the Housing Managers to make any changes to service delivery and to monitor and report on how changes make a difference for our customers.
You will provide support to Service Managers and will be skilled at in-depth service reviews, investigations, and enquiries that are based on customer complaints and feedback.
You will be able to research best practise, be aware of the Housing Ombudsman requirements and have knowledge and experience of researching and developing policies and procedures.
The post holder will need an ability to provide imaginative solutions so that services are delivering and continually improving.
